H2O on the Go Reverse Osmosis Watermakers

Our Concept for Building The Best Reverse Osmosis Desalination Watermakers

Reverse Osmosis Watermaker

The H2O on the Go® Reverse Osmosis Desalination Watermaker is kept simple, so that it is easy to use and most importantly reliable.

The H2O on the Go® reverse osmosis (RO) watermakers start at 12 litres per hour and goes up to 100 litres per hour with one membrane; these systems expand to, 20, 100 or 180 litres per hour with two membranes. Our high pressure pumps all support 1 or 2 membranes. You can if you like, start with one membrane system and then if you decide in the future you require more, you simply need to purchase and add a second membrane.

H2O on the Go® is family owned and operated. All our RO watermakers are fully manufactured at our workshop in Western Australia, each system is manufactured from start to finish, including testing, by the same person, our attention to detail second to none.

Our Watermakers….

  • The most affordable RO desalination watermaker on the planet by many thousands (that we can find).
  • Use of Industry Standard RO Membranes with a low Replacement Cost.
  • Supplied fully assembled and ready to go, no need to do a complicated and time consuming installation.
  • Parts can be broken down if you prefer to do a modular RO watermaker boat or vehicle installation.
  • System can be set up and running in less than 10 minutes using all colour coded connections.
  • Uncomplicated and easy to use with easy quickstart guide.
  • Our components are non-proprietary and are usually available worldwide. You won’t be tied to a watermaker manufacturer for custom-made and expensive components.
  • High pressure membrane vessel connections are spill-free marine grade stainless steel (SS316) and on our bigger systems have quick connect fittings with rubber stoppers to protect them when not in use. (portable units)
  • All metal parts including needle valve and pressure gauge are marine grade stainless steel (SS316).Watermaker Gauge
  • Small easy to use submersible boost pump included for use in both salt and fresh water.

What you will really love about our RO watermaker is not only how easy it is to operate and maintain, but also the small amount of room required to store the unit.

Room is always tight on the road or ocean, our 12v RO desalination watermakers take up only a small amount of space and our larger systems are manufactured so the membrane housing quickly and easily separates from the main motor and pump unit, this makes storage much easier.

Portable Reverse Osmosis Desalination Watermaker are supplied in a Box

Our 12v RO watermaker systems are always setup and ready to go and on our bigger RO watermakers connecting your membrane housing back to the system is a breeze as all connections are colour coded so we have taken the guess work out of the setup process and you have peace of mind knowing you’re connecting the membrane/s up correctly. No longer do you have to be an expert to be desalinating water anytime and anyplace!

Our RO watermakers are fully manufactured and tested, by us, here at our workshop in Australia. The membrane/s need to go through a commissioningprocess prior to use, this is carried out in our workshop, followed by rigorous testing, no product leaves our workshop unless it is operating exactly as it should in both fresh and brine water.

Once a membrane has been commissioned the first time at our workshop it must remain immersed in fluid at all times. To insure that water is not lost from the filter housing your portable watermaker is fitted with no-spill stainless quick-connects allowing no fluid to escape the system when disconnected.

Following commissioning and testing the RO watermaker is flushed with fresh water and then the membrane housing/s are filled (using a watermaker) with a preservative solution so that they stay sanitised until you decide to re-commission your watermaker by flushing out the sanatising solution (full easy to read instruction in our Operation & Maintenance Manual).

Once you have finished traveling for the season you can once again fill your membrane housing/s (using your RO watermaker) with sanitising soluton and place in to storage till next season.
